Returns and Exchange
At yu we only exchange or refund dresses. We do not accept exchanges or refunds on lingerie under any circumstances.
We do offer exchange or refund for 'change of mind' on any of our dresses. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SALE ITEMS.
We DO NOT accept exchange or refund on SALE items.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes all tags and labels.
Please email us at email@example.com and clearly state the reason you would like to return or exchange your purchase. Once you have received a reply from us please send your garment back to us via Australia Post at your own cost to:

Once we receive your item we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item.
When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable. The cost of shipping will not be refunded to you. Please contact us if you have any questions on how to return your item prior to your purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org
